Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Metisshop, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be canceled or changed and outlines the process for requesting modifications.

Our goal is to process orders quickly and efficiently so customers receive their products as soon as possible. Because of this fast processing system, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within a limited time frame.

1. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. During this time, our fulfillment team may not yet have started processing the order, which allows us to cancel it before shipment preparation begins.

If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Order Modification Requests

Customers may request certain order changes within 12 hours of placing the order. Possible modifications may include:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting contact information
  • Changing product size or variant (if available)
  • Adjusting order details before fulfillment begins

Modification requests are subject to product availability and order processing status. If the requested item or variant is no longer available, the order may need to be canceled and replaced with a new order.

3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team or shipped to the customer, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product if they wish to request a return.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to update shipping details if the order has not yet been processed, we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is successfully processed within the allowed time period, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request an order cancellation or modification, customers should contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order. Please include the order number and details of the requested change to help us process the request quickly.

Our team will review the request and respond with confirmation if the change or cancellation can be completed.
